Inque finger nail skinz beta test

I'm sure you saw my post on the cute Inque nail skinz pedicure
Which by the way still looks perfect!
Inque sent me my custome finger nail designs!
I designed these myself as I did with my other set, I just love getting to decide exactly what I want.
The nails are still in the Beta stage but I think they will have them nailed (pun intended) very soon.

I love how my designs turned out, the colors are so bright and they look exactly like I wanted.
The fit is not so great but that is what is being worked on. See my nails have a major ark and are very curved accross as well, so a birds eye  view doesn't really gauge the actual size of my claws.
So the fit is not great but I made them work well enough to take pictures so you can get an idea of how awesome they will be when the sizing is fixed.
Guitars oh and my little vinyl tribute
Aren't they cute
I'm excited about these! I like the idea that I can get ones for my daughters that will fit.
Oh and for me oh yes. I need the more custom fit for my narrow nailbeds. Those premade ones I always have to cut down and they never fit right. So these are going to be ideal. Also I kind of want a few sets of just my ring finger or pinky to use as accents.
The pedi ones are already set to fly and I reccomend them even more now.
I have been wearing the same set and they still look perfect and no signs of them lifting anytime soon. I'm going to keep them on until they do start lifting or they need to be removed due to growth.

Skinz for your nails? A review on Inque nails (Pedicure)

You know there are skins for your Ipod, laptop, cell phone, DS,
and even for your mouse. Inque has come up with custom skins for your toe and finger nails and they can be made to custom fit your nails. Kevin from Indue contacted me a while back when they were in the final design phase and offered me a test run on their nail skins. The idea of not only designing the skins to exactly what I want but then for them to be custom made to fit each of my crazy nails....well how could I not.
They are in the final beta testing on the finger nails (mine should be here very soon) so I am trying out the pedi skinz. Here is how this works...
You go to the website here
Go to register my nails, this will show you step by step how to take pictures of your nails so they can be measured and your skinz can be cut to match your nail shape. You load your pictures and register.
Once your nails are registered you can go in and pick one of Inque's designs or you can load your own design. I love how easy their customizing process is. You don't have to be a techie person to understand or use it or to understand. It's extremely user friendly. Once you have set up your custom design on your nails you send it through. If there looks to be a problem they will contact you super fast to fix a wonky picture or whatever. (Yes I did screw up my first pictures) Then you wait patiently....NOT! Just a couple of days and you'll get a package with this..

(I love the pictoral and simple step by step instructions.)
My wicked cool Toezies!
Now these aren't stickers they are a heavy duty material like my cell phone skin and the adhesive is really strong so I'm betting they will hold up pretty well. I'll update on that!
I have used the "dry" polish and the full nail stickers and all so I was prepared for an hour of adjusting, alligning, triming and filing. Instead Inque get a huge *Squishy* it took me 15 minutes including warming them with the blow dryer and smoothing the 2 or 3 tny wrinkles. I think the fact that they are precut to your exact nail makes them easier to apply. You wanna see?
I warn you chubby toes ahead! (be nice I think my chubby flinstone feet are adorable)
I am in love!
An extreme closeup so you can see how perfect they fit.
I have been wearing mine for 2 days and they are as perfect as when I applied them

Now here are my thoughts:
-I love that they are made of the same material as my cell phone skin so
I'm sure they aren't going to just fall off.

- Love that I can design my own using the images I love

-Love how easy they are to apply

-Love the website and ease of use

-Love the custom fit

-Hate that this makes me not want to polish my toes ever again! lol

P.S. If anyone want to borrow my design for their Inque tips or toes just email me and I'll send it to you. :o)
