Tropical Watercolor eyes

It's been so hot & humid lately that I decided to do a tropical-ish look.
But then my hubby's doc said that my eyes looked like a beautiful watercolor painting ergo the title
There aren't many full face pictures because after this one the Hot Guy had to take the pictures,
(My arthritis has been a demon lately) and his pictures had more boobies and butt than makeup so I will just have to break out my tripod next time.
Oh look, my eyebrow almost looks like normal peoples
The inner color is more peach than it showed on camera
I swear no matter what each eye turns out different
You can see the greens really well and I'm loving Ravishing blush with the greens
I just did a very thin line of Faerie Garden to line the top....black liner might have looked better
Look no creasing! These were taken at 6pm and I applied at 8am so yay
This is what most of the Hot Guys pictures looked like (I cropped out the extreme boobage)

Products:
(As per usual all Evil shades unless otherwise stated)

Face:
Evileyes primer (yes I use it as a face primer)
Matte Silk on T zone
Ravishing blush

Eyes:
Photonic green spectrum pot on outer 2/3 of lid and up just above crease
Vitrum(white) spectrum pot on inner 1/3 of lid and blended up and into the green
MAC vanilla on brow bone
*This is where it gets crazy*
The peachy orange is un-named and will be up on the site tonight
The yellow green is a mix of Faerie garden and Twinkle Twinkle that I mixed as I applied
The tealish green is Mystisizm blended into the crease & outer v
upper lid lined with Faerie Garden
Lower lash lined with Imp foiled (new one will be up tonight) and then
I smudged a bit of the Faerie Garden Twinkle mix just below
Sephora volume mascara
Joey Healy brow kit (I love this so much)

Lips:
Clear wicked gloss

My hair is an utter wreck...I ran out of time so I ruffled my spikes a bit and clipped the front back. lol
My cupcake earrings were on clearance at Clarie's $1.00 YAY

If I missed anything just yell at me later! *Smooches*

Milani Bare in Mind & Teddy-Bare

I will admit these are not my usual kind of colors but they are quite lovely.
I might actually be falling for Bare in Mind.....really!

Let's start with Bare in Mind a peachy nude with  beautiful pink shimmer
In natural light, shade

In full sunlight

Now for Teddy-Bare
In natural light, shade

In full sunlight

Both have a nice formula with 2 coat coverage.
Not my favorite brushes, a bit too skinny but they fan well.
I am a Milani fan and they rarely if ever dissapoint.

Bewbies & Nail Polish

Jacie of You've got Nail and I did a little overseas swap....
She sent me Bewbies:
6 beautiful bottles of Scandal nail polish, Nfu-ohs younger sluttty sister.

Click to enlarge all pictures and drooooool

Jacie also sent me a couple of Ulta3's and a beautiful Perfection Holo

Now let's compare the girls
Nfu-oh is a smidge taller but has half the boobies of Scandal

The bewb off! lol
Very much like Sisters?

A little booty
Similar but not the same!
I love them both!

I let The Hot Guy pick the first mani....Not at all what I was expecting but still pretty.
2 coats of Ulta 3 Spring Fling with one coat of Scandal Lime Pearl

Lime pearl is holo string/bar glitter in a lime green jelly base

It's like a crazy spring fling on my nails!

Look at her...Sassy little thang isn't she!
Thank you so much Jacie, I love them all and you get huge squishes!

Girly Franken and Claire's Flakies swatches

So I thought I should probably go a little more subtle
as far as my polish, for hubby's disability hearing yesterday. Well I frankened a very nice sparkly peachy pink.
I wish the sparklies showed better. It's a crystal looking large particle sparklie finish.

And a major pain to remove. But it is pretty and a nice color for when I have to go "normal".

I went to the mall to see if Claire's had the Mood change polish's and the flakies for my
sweety Fleine. They only had 2 colors of the moods but they had 2 sets of the flakies left...
one for her and one for me!

I think I need to go back and get another blue for me.

Click to make the picture huge. The flakies are not like Nfu-oh or Sinfuls
they are more of a metallic flakie in several sizes with glitter in a thich jelly base.

Over black all six look pretty much the same.

Alone they are sheer but very pretty.

I think I might try them over a similar pastel base.

and maybe over a nude or white base.

I think these are really cool and very different flakies.

Piggy Polish review and swatches

First I have to say that I've seen swatches of Piggy Polish a few times
but when I opened the box and saw the colors in real life I was/am WOW'd!!
I was sent these 6 colors:

Frosty- a Silvery white metallic
This is Two coats and it is slightly sheer but I don't think I'd like it as much opaque.
Slightly streaky as is with all metallics but very nice application and not hard to work with.
Wild Side- Purple with pink undertones nearly duochrome.
Love this color. It is deeper in person and just flowed right on like magic.
Pink-ing of you- Glass flecked hot pink jelly with silvery pink metallic glitter.
This is a must have color in my opinion. It is perfect for tips or toes and so fun for Summer.
Polar Sea Ice- Medium teal creme with silver glitter.
This is two very thin coats, one thicker coat would work great as well.
A great sparkling twist on the sassy summer teal.

Can you feel the love!
Marmaid- Sheer green opal shimmer. This is mermaid scales in a bottle!
I adore this color. This is 2 coats alone but I know this will be an amazing layering polish as well.
I will be wearing this alone and layered a LOT!
World Peach-Stunning Peach/Pink/Gold duochrome sheer shimmer.
This is two thin coats and trust me once you have this on you will not care if there is a little vnl.
This color is so gorgeous, it's hard to take your eyes off. It reminds me of a sunset.
Another that will be a fabulous layering polish as well as stand alone.

All in all the Piggy Polish shades that I recieved:
-The bottles are adorable
-The formula on all of them is fantastic
-The colors are unique and very fun
-The brush is very nice, fans well not too wide or stiff...just right.
I will be buying more!

Do you own any Piggy Polish? What are your favorite colors?

Prissy Pirates

This manicure was for my personal entertainment.
I started with 2 coats of Barielle Shdes Blossom, a beautiful color that does not love my skin tone.
I am really loving the Barielle Shades, all that I have tried thus far have a very nice formula, are well pigmented and very unique colors.
I then realized that this color didn't love my crazy Native American/Nordic complection so I thought I'll add polk a dots to detract from the undertones a bit. Yeah didn't help much.
So then looking and my prissy polk a dotted mani I thought
this reminds me of a prissy, fancy party dress. Well what goes best with Prissy, fancy party dresses?
Pirates, duh! lol
(yeah see this is why no one tries to poke about inside my mind)

Can't you just picture the Pirates sipping tea at a fancy ladies afternoon party?

......Crickets chirp....OK so I'm the only one who puts these two worlds together?

Well maybe my view is slightly unusual

I am not crazy....I can hear you thinking it

OK well maybe I am just a teeny tiny bit on the crazy side....

But I have a Prissy Pirate Party on my nails so :oP******

Strange things make me happy, Pirates in fancy party dresses is definitly up toward the top of that list!

BB Couture Spring 2010 Butterfly & Ladybug collection swatches

Three of the Butterfly collection up first.
Skipper is a gorgeous barbie pink with blue secret shimmer that gives it a great blue cast.
The normal BB Couture smooth formula, 2 coats to perfect.

Emperor is a sweet Peach with slight pink undertone and silver shimmer that just makes it fabulous!
If I could carry off peach, this would be the one for me!
Again the formula and application was perfect!

Caterpiller is my favorite of the Butterfly collection. A stunning olive green with amazing golden shimmer.
2 coats to opaque, creamy love formula!

3 of the Ladybug collection

Daisy Dweller is sunshine in a bottle with multi colored sparkles.
This is the most gorgeous yellow ever and makes me so jealous of those of you that can wear yellow.
2 coats, not streaky, just gorgeous!

Signs of Spring is a lovely medium blue with subtle silver shimmer.
I love how in some light is looks like a perfect blue creme and then the light hits it and the silver shimmer shines through! 2 coats to opaque.

Manbug is my new favorite teal. It is a medium teal that leans a bit more on the green side and it's bursting with multi colored micro glitter. Oh droolies! I haz the luvz!
Application and formula was fabulous as is typical of BB Couture.

All in all I love both collections and I think I need the rest of both!
