All the Beautiful people

A happy hair day and FOTD

Those of you who've followed me for a while know that a couple of months ago
I got a haircut from hell! Now I'm not talking too short of fringe or slightly crooked...I'm talking
I asked for this
and she gave me this...
OK not exactly but close.
So I had to go and have it "fixed" and the sweet lady who did her best to make it better had a mess to work with. There was even a large chunk razored out randomly in the back and scattered bizzare layers everywhere. So the best she could do was a slightly asymmetric bob...which I still did not like.

Yesterday I went and had my happy cut done. Misty (an adorable little punk girlie) made me a happy hair human again....yes I squeezed her! Happy enough to take pictures and post for you all to see.
(Pardon my teal it's been 6 weeks since I did it so it's in need of refreshing)
Duh, nu, nu, nunt, nu nah!
Love!
I can smile again!
I'll take more pictures with my natural curl so you can see it that way too
My new rule is: Only people with mohawks, liberty spikes or the like are allowed to cut my hairs!
Nothing fancy with the makeup, just my daily wear sort of thing

My camera does this fun blurry thing sometimes now...wtf is with that?

Oops hairs in da way

You can see the colors better (and my wrinkly eye lid) although they are still washed out
My eyeball say hi
Kisssss me you fool!

Eyes:
Evil Shades Primer in Naked
Evil Shades Eye shadows in:

  5. You look fantastic!  I'm so happy for you :) .  Bad haircuts suck so much, and it's such a relief when they grow out.  Misty did a great job.

  7. Mama you are beautiful! I would kill for your hair.  Mine has some wave but it's so thin.  I used to have tons of hair.  Medical and medicine-wise and heredity thinned the crap out of it.  When I was young I used to thin out my own hair with thinning shears.  Not any more.  That is one awesome cut.  Always go to where you like the haircuts of the people who are giving them.  Love the color even though it's faded a bit.  That's the most flattering haircut I've seen on you.  You can now hold your head high and shake that hair like the sexy goddess you are.  I could just squeeze you one! (((hugs)))

  11. I'm in love with that haircut!! So you. I wish I had guts to do fun things to my hair, but I have a little bit too much mercy to it now (damaged it like crazy continuously for 5 years, so it craves to be left alone lol) hahah. I ADORE crazy colour streaks like these, and teal is freaking LOVE. Is it manicpanic? Wanted to try their blue dye.
    You're so lovely <3

  12. I watched Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind last night. Ever seen it? Kate Winslet goes overboard with her blue, orange, pink and green(did I miss a color?) hair a bit. But you, on the other hand, have the most adorable bits of blue in your hair that I have ever seen! So cool! Love the cut. Happy Holidays!!

  16. Love the cut! And your blue is still looking great for that long. After my last disaster hair cut I made it a rule that they can't use a razor for the back of my neck (I get a dramatic inverted bob) since the last time she buzzed half my head!

  17. *clutches Andrea until she "accidentally" hides some of her holiday shadows in a drawer somewhere for safe keeping until after the Holidays so Skulda can buy them when she actually has money*

(I'm still sad I didn't get the Raven and soft pink/white from Halloween!)

Lovin' the colours in your hair!  I wish I could do that without the bleach breaking my hair!

  18. Love the hair cut! The blue faded to teal looks great.

  19. I will put a set back for you!

You may be bleaching too long/too light. My hair is very resistant to bleach (Damn Native American hair) and bleach breaks it very easily. I only bleach my hair out to a yellowy shade, I do not go pale at all. Leaving more "color" leaves more protiens in my hair and therefore makes the color stay better.

  25. The color is N'Rage Totally Teal. MP does not stay in my hair for long and it bleeds badly.

  36. I had a similar experience. I bleached my hair last year & it got so damaged that a few inches just had to come off this past February. I went to the Ulta salon(Mistake #1, that place is horrible) and told the lady that I wanted something quite similar to your cut. Mistake #2 was letting the bleach-blond, bumpit-wearing, Dolly Parton-lookalike stylist come within 10 feet of my head. She literally HACKED my hair off in huge chunks. I watched in horror as she grabbed handfuls of my hair and lopped off way more than I told her to. She was just grabbing random pieces & hacking out uneven chunks("texturizing it", she said, in her charming Julia Sugarbaker accent). She then proceeded to half-assed blowdry it, spray half a can of what I could only guess was Aquanet in it, and then flatiron it while it was still DAMP. I literally heard my hair SIZZLING. At this point I had pretty much resolved to either shave my head upon arriving home or just deal with looking like a human toilet brush for the next 6 months. By the time she was done, it looked like a blind gardener had attacked me with a weedwhacker. I looked like a tumbleweed with a face. That stylist was lucky I didn't have any Mafia ties or she'd have been swimming with the fishes.

But yeah, your hair looks good.

And i may have to steal that eyeshadow look when my next order comes ^__^

  38. Also, I had an awful hair cut once where he practically gave me a pixie cut and cut a straight line on one side of my head :| I cried.
