Good old Rimmel London, I can always count on you!

When in a funk or just can't choose a polish,

I almost always go to one of my long time favorite brands.

This time it was one of my favorite drug store brands, Rimmel London.

A great deep purple with glowing pink shimmer!

This is 2 coats and always fab application.

I love my old Rimmel's! I have quite a few but I watch constantly for more of the older ones.

Do you have a fallback color or brand?

I LOVE this purple and as usual purple is a PITA to photograph!

This is Rimmel Climax and I'm not sure if it's discontinued or not. I got this beauty in a fab swap with the amazing flinty from Polish or Perish! Thanks Kris you rock!

You'll have to ignore how red my hands are, it is freakin' cold here and I love you all enough to go outside to take pictures so they look decent. :D

This is 2 coats with 1 coat of Seche Vite

Strangely it dries semi matte like a neon.

Chris says I cannot Konad this one because he really likes this color.

It is not this blue. It's more of a red based purple.

This is the closest I could get to color accurate. There is beautiful pink shimmer that just glows.

I think this is my favorite purple...now I just have to find a back up bottle.

Also I discovered that Rimmel has two different numbers for this color 660 and 872. Mine is the 872 version, I don't know if there is any difference or not.
