OPI Hong Kong Collection swatches

Pearl of Wisdom
(Pardon my stained nails *blush*)
I actually think the picture below is more color correct
Two coats no top coat
Pearl of Wisdom is a shear white pearl with a gorgeous pink shimmer.
I'm not one for shears but I will definately be using this for layering.
I think this would be perfect for a wedding or formal. It's soft and feminine but not boring in the least.

Panda-Monium Pink
Two coats to a streakless opaque finish.
Panda-Monium Pink is a great pastel pink creme that leans slightly lilac.
Application was amazing! Most pastels are a streaky mess but yay OPI, you perfected this!

Bling Dynasty
If you are a gold lover, you NEED this!
This is one coat of shimmery gold perfection!
I love that this is super sparkley but not glitter and not a metallic.
It's too warm for my skin tone but I am hoping for a silver similar. *hint hint*

LuckyLucky Lavender
I am loving this girly pink toned lavender.
Two thin coats, no streaking, just creamy perfection!

A Good Man-Darin is hard to find
This is a great Spring/Summer orange. Not too warm, not too cool.
If you are wanting an orange but not sure if you can pull it off, this is perfect!
Excellent coverage and OPI's usual smooth application.

Chop-Sticking to my story
This is a little harder to describe, it's an unusual color.
It's kind of a teakwood color with a warm slightly orange undertone.
This is the fun work safe color you've been looking for. It's neutral/warm and is certainly interesting but not over the top. Great application as with all of this collection.

Suzi says Feng-Shui
This was my problem child. It just did not want to photograph properly at all.
It's a very pretty medium dusty blue with green undertone.
This is one coat to opaque.

Hot & Spicey
Hot & Spicey is just that a warm and bright orange creme.
Great summer fun color or for anytime you feel a little spicey!
Two thin coats to opaque.

Dim Sum Plum
This a beautiful fuchia/plum creme.
It's fun and feminine and a dream to apply.
Two thin coats and not a streak or flaw in this formula!

Meet Me on the Star Ferry
This such a unique color and I'm loving the amazing shimmer!
MmotSF is a neutral medium purple with shimmer that sparks with gold, pink, and green.
I could stare at this all day. Oh and it's a one coater! Woohoo!

Jade is the New Black
This the perfect Jade creme. I wasn't sure if I'd like this or not, but yes I really do.
Two coats to creamy, smooth Jade dreamyness. Slightly dusty, cool toned green that I think could be worn by any skin tone.

Red my Fortune Cookie
This is my surprise favorite! This is NOT just another red!
Two thin coats to opaque.
This is pink/red when you wear neutrals. Coral/Red when wearing cool colors and orangey/coral/red when wearing warm colors. I think this is one of the most versatile reds I own and I highly recomend it if you are a red lover or if you aren't!

Overall I am very happy with this collection.
Not a bad formula or difficult application in the bunch.
A great range of colors that is refreshing with the billion pastel collections out right now.
There truly is something for everyone in this collection and I can see several of these becoming classics.

I hadn't seen swatches of most of these, and I really love Man-darin and Hot&Spicy! I'm not an orange fan at all but these are both really pretty.

  15. As you already know, I have Chop-Sticking to My Story...and I love it!
It is a hard color to pin down. I have mine displayed in the rust/bronze/copper section of my wall unit...very much at "home" with that color grouping.

Anyway, Andrea, this collection looks fantastic on you!
Now I want to get Hot & Spicey!
